Bidford Gliding and Flying Club, our new members club, is pleased to announce that it will be holding a BGA approved Regionals Competition during August from 18th to the 26th. Bidford Regionals has always been one of the most enjoyed competitions on the calendar with many of our competitors returning year upon year. We have a wonderful site in the middle of the country, lots of usable airspace that we can use in all directions and a very friendly and welcoming club. We will however have only 30 places so if you would like to participate early registration is recommended. To help with the challenge and to add to the fun we will be running a task/practice week immediately beforehand starting on Saturday August 11th to August 17th so you can get two weeks flying for the price of one!! All are very welcome to join us - if you have not flown in a comp before please let us know and we will mentor you with a locally experienced competitor. If you don't have a crew, no worries we will all help and you will not be left in a field. Entrance  The competition entry fee is 199.00 including temporary membership. A deposit of 50.00 is payable within two weeks of registering on our web site.
